The products I received this month are:
2. tre’SiQue baby blush stick in bora bora coral
3. Vintage by Jessica Liebeskind in Pink Sequin
4. Ciate London Olivia Palermo x Ciate London Paint Pot
5. Cake Beauty Heavy Cream intensive hand repair balm
The only thing in this bag I was not a fan of was the sparkling lipgloss; HOWEVER, the only reason I was not a fan is because of the sparkles! I do love the formula! It is not sticky like I find some to be and it is pretty moisturizing!
MY FAV of the bag is the blush stick! I cannot tell you how lovely it is! I find it so much easier to put on than trying to tone down over pigmented blushes and build up pale blushes. I draw a line down my cheek and blend with my buffing brush! It is also a good size to pop in my purse if I feel like touching it up throughout the day!
My second favorite is the hand cream! I have one million hand creams (exaggeration), but I really love this one and have reached for it more often than I do for the ones I have spent more money on! I love the scent and how it feels on my hands!
The Mr. Write (Now) was my full size product. It is a neutral with a metallic bronze tone. I find myself reaching for over my favorite gel liner to tight line my eyes. It is a good formula and lasts well throughout the day!
I really enjoyed the London paint pot nail polish. It was smooth and fast drying. I received it in red and wore it for my hot Valentines date, but red is not my go to color. I will grab it over other reds in my drawer. We all need a staple red in the nail polish drawer!
I went full out for my Ipsy Pink look! I used the Naked3 rose gold pallet and an Ulta Lip Crayon as a base under my Vintage by Jessica L lipgloss! Pink shirt and everything! It stayed on all day with my NYX honey dew me up primer and ULTA setting spray! Sam and I enjoyed dinner at Chuy’s TexMex grill and went to see an early movie. While this may not seem like such and exotic Valentine’s date to many, we were so blessed to be able to spend that time together! Many if not most of the time my fiancé is working nights while I work days. His career is growing quickly and we are so excited and proud! It does mean that we see each other in passing many days and having a weekend off for him is usually a joke. Life fell into place this year and we got that opportunity to get to spend a few “normal” hours together to have a date at all which we haven’t had in probably 7 or 8 months and we got two this past weekend! That’s what Valentine’s day is about. Beating the odds of mundane life to go the extra mile and do whatever to show that special loved one just how much you care! Not with fancy, romantic balls, but by going the distance to spend even just a couple hours enjoying each other’s company!
