At Southern House and Gardens, The Southern Venue Rental was designed for the bride who has wonderful ideas of how she envisions her wedding and wants to plan all the details by choosing her own venders.

Choosing The Southern Venue, you still get to enjoy:

• Exclusive use of house, gazebo, barn -- over 5600 sq. ft.

• Use of entire house with bridal suite and private bathroom

• Use of barn, also with groom's room
• 5 restrooms
• Parking attendants on site to direct guests
• Six manicured acres with tree-lined pastures with horses in view
• Sound system in house, barn, and gazebo
• 100 white wedding chairs
• Flatscreen TV's for slideshow in house and barn
• Full day rental (6 1/2 hours) block

6 1/2 hours between 10am and 10pm

2 1/2 for setup, delivery, and pre-wedding photography

3 hours for wedding and reception

1 hour for guest farewell, departure, and clean up

Additional Hours: $250 per hour
Additional guests may be added.

Licensed caterer only ($300 surcharge)

The damage deposit of $500 may be refunded within 1 week following the event

Security required if alcohol is being served $25/hour per officer
